Repair the World has compiled a comprehensive list of volunteer opportunities in the Tri-State area and beyond to help those who are in need. We’ve included the national and international opportunities below.

• Serve.gov: Find out ways you can volunteer or contribute to organizations that are helping communities in Hurricane Sandy’s path.
• Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center in Connecticut sustained damage to their main building. Donate here to help support them in their recovery.
• Direct Relief International: This organization is working on the ground in the states and abroad in Haiti, Cuba and the DR to help lessen the impacts of Hurricane Sandy. Donate here.
• HandsOn Network: Register to help out at one of the Hands On Network’s local action centers. Find one near you here.
• Donate: Make a donation to an organization that is working on the ground – like the Red Cross or The Jewish Federations of North America Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund– to help people impacted by the hurricane.
