There are many exciting events, tours and activities that complement the academic program allow participants to see the country from new angles and provide them with a comprehensive, memorable Israel experience.
RIS offers a variety of programs: students can choose to spend a semester, year, or summer at RIS learning the Hebrew language and joining fellow students in excursions around the city. Every program includes an Ulpan (an intensive Hebrew immersion course), and/or Arabic language instruction, and a wide variety of diverse academic courses. RIS also offers nine MA degree programs, as well as a semester or year “Visiting Student” option for graduate level students. The visiting program is designed to meet the special needs of qualified graduate students, whether they are M.A., M.Sc., LL.M., or Ph.D. candidates or recent college graduates who have not yet commenced a program of graduate study. Our goals are to enhance a student’s university experience by enabling him or her to become innovative global learners, educators, and future local and world leaders.
