Coalition on the Environment and Jewish Life (COEJL) |
Mission Statement:
COEJL promotes environmental education, scholarship, advocacy, and action in the American Jewish community through publications, public education campaigns, conferences, Jewish environmental leadership development, and a Legislative Advocacy Network. COEJL’s mission is to integrate Jewishly informed environmental education and action into the fabric of American Jewish life. Resource materials, speakers, and technical assistance are available to campus groups. A collaboration of Jewish institutions from a broad spectrum of Jewish religious and communal life, COEJL is the Jewish member of the National Religious Partnership for the Environment. Internships are available.
