Hillel International envisions a world where every student is inspired to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel. To bring this vision to life, Hillel International supports a network of 850 campus Hillel affiliates across 16 countries. These affiliates operate as independent entities with boards responsible for policy-making, financial oversight, and staff support. Recognizing the importance of strong boards, Hillel International is dedicated to equipping them with the tools and resources necessary for growth and success.

“The Hillel International Volunteer Leadership Engagement program is a valuable and easily accessible way for my fellow board members and me to hone the skills we need to be effective lay leaders, to connect with other lay leaders, and to support our staff members in doing their important work.”

Robert Snyder, Board Chair of George Washington University Hillel
