We have a rapidly growing Jewish student population at UA, currently serving more than 1000 students on campus. As a result of this growth and increased participation in Jewish Life on Campus, Bama Hillel has just expanded it's building on campus. The building is open Mon - Friday 11 am - 8 pm as well as for Sunday Brunches and Sunday Study sessions. Shabbat dinners are each Friday night at 5:30 pm. We offer a snack kitchen for students which is available anytime we are open! We are located on campus across from Temple Emanuel which holds services at 6:15 p.m so that interested students can attend immediately following our shabbat dinners. Students are provided free membership to the Temple. All holiday meals are served at Bama Hillel with services available across the courtyard at the temple. At UA, we are proud of a strong relationship between all the campus religious groups and plan several interfaith activities together. Come visit us at Bama HIllel!Undergraduate Enrollment
