Ginger Chesnick Jacobs Archivist Scholarship Fund of the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation

Andrew Jacobs created this scholarship fund to honor his dear mother’s memory. In recognition of Ginger's passion for archival preservation, particularly as it relates to the Jewish community, this fund will support students studying library sciences, museum studies, oral history, archival management, archival sciences, preservation or a similar major in undergraduate, graduate, and graduate certificate programs from anywhere in the United States.

The Goldberger Fellowship for summer research and study is granted annually to one or more graduate students at CU Boulder with plans to study or conduct research abroad or participate in an approved language study or cultural immersion program related to Jewish Studies.

Goldenberg Prize for Outstanding Essays in Jewish Studies

Graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Minnesota are invited to submit a research paper in the field of Jewish studies. The paper may investigate any time period, from antiquity to the present day. Students must be enrolled full-time. All applicants must be in high academic standing.

Goor Prize

The Anne and Benjamin Goor Prize in Jewish Studies is intended to support, encourage, and stimulate research in the field of Jewish Studies at UC Berkeley. Up to four prizes shall be awarded annually: two for the best undergraduate essays and two for the best graduate essays.

Great Students Graduate Fellowship

This award supports graduate student advancement and thesis research in pursuit of an advanced degree with a commitment to the field of Jewish studies as evident by the thesis or dissertation topic. The funds may be used to underwrite the cost of travel, purchase of necessary equipment, supplies and language training.

Greater Chattanooga Israel Grants

The purpose of the Israel Grants is to provide supplemental financial aid to be applied toward educational and Jewish identity-strengthening programs in Israel. This partial grant reflects the Federation's desire to increase the number of those who will have the opportunity to go to Israel. This is a one time grant. However, if money is available, students may apply a second time.
